At the meeting of the Senate of Kirsehir Ahi Evran University dated 06.09.2021 and numbered 2021/9, the following decisions were taken regarding the conduct of education and training in associate, undergraduate and graduate programs in the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year,

1. Both undergraduate and graduate students in the fall semester of the academic year 2021-2022 theoretical and practical training in face-to-face education and training practices guide for considering the global epidemic of processes to be done, to be done of education the number of students, classrooms capacity and COVID-19 are alternately considering measures in diluted form, or execution,

2. The number of branches can be increased or reduced due to force majeure in face-to-face courses, course times can be applied as a minimum of 30 minutes for each course hour, the relevant academic unit managers decide on the application in this regard,

3. All of the curriculum in a program that cannot be carried out face-to-face 3+1 (Turkish language, history, English + one additional course) courses by including 40% at a distance of education can be made for courses to be done remotely as the duration of each course hour 30 minutes minimum implementation, academic unit administrators decide the courses to be done remotely,

4. According to the course of the pandemic, if necessary, academic unit managers can re-evaluate the courses planned to be held face-to-face and do it using distance learning methods,

5. All exams should be held face-to-face, but if necessary, the procedures and principles of conducting exams can be reevaluated according to the course of the pandemic,

6. In order to participate in face-to-face training, students must submit a vaccination card, a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours ago, and a HES code,

7. In all open and closed areas of our university, in accordance with the procedures and principles established within the scope of the Guidelines on Campus Environment Practices in the Global Epidemic Process published by the Presidium of the Council of Higher Education and the decisions taken by the KAEU KOV-KOM commission,,

8. It is necessary for all our academic and administrative staff and students to complete their vaccinations so that the academic period can be maintained in health and safety and that the risks are reduced and not interrupted. In this context, it has been decided to announce to our members and the public that our University strongly supports vaccination programs in addition to mask, distance and hygiene practices.
