The face-to-face meeting process planned by the KAP Evaluation Team for our university started on December 7, 2021. Prof. Dr. Ali Bilgin, Prof. Dr. Suleyman Dogan, Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Çiçek and Alaattin Soruklu The evaluation team, consisting of , visited our institute on 8 December 2021 as part of the field visit. During the field visit at our institute, the members of the evaluation team, the Director of our Institute Prof. Dr. Yılmaz ALTUN had a meeting with assistant managers, quality commission members and unit Kap commission members. In this meeting, our institute management and quality representatives gave explanations to the questions asked by the members of the evaluation team on the learning management system, unit quality studies, curriculum planning and measurement-evaluation processes, social, cultural and sports activities at our institute, our contributions to the 2022-2026 strategic plan. After this meeting, the KAP evaluation team had a meeting with our Institute's student quality ambassador and student quality representatives and left our institute.

After the meeting, we evaluated the KAP site visit with our institute management, student representatives and offered refreshments to our guests. We wish the process to be beneficial to our University and our units, and thank our academic and administrative staff, all our students, as well as the valuable management and administrative staff of the Institute of Health Sciences and the Institute of Social Sciences.
